There are monthly magazines that target specific upscale markets. The “Village” is a defined community neighborhood.

Current Publications – We offer two exclusive adult (SS+) communities in Peoria, AZ. There are approximately 15,000 readers in 6,000 homes in Westbrook Village and Ventana Lakes. 

Editorial – Our magazine offers interesting columns submitted by the Mayor, City Council Rep, Justice Court Judge, Chamber of Commerce Executive Director and others. In addition, we offer articles of interest, letters to the editor, and notices of upcoming events in each respective community.

Advertising – We are indepenent from HOAs and Boards and receive no financial support. All expenses are covered by the support of local business and professionals. Advertisers get a positive, direct message into every home each month. Most advertisers have been with us for years, but we do accept new advertisers. We offer a variety of adds to fit your budget, and also welcome flyers.
